Acting responsibly requires the right attitude and thrives on consistency. To this end, we have a set of values that we, as a subsidiary of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, are committed to upholding. We have a social responsibility and take this very seriously – particularly through our commitment to compliance-driven conduct in our day-to-day business operations.

Our Code of Conduct provides us with guidance and a binding framework – both for how we interact with one another and with business partners, customers, suppliers and other third parties. The Code of Conduct is binding for all employees of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group worldwide. The Executive Board, management teams and executives are responsible for actively exemplifying the Code of Conduct and leading by example.

Our whistleblowing system guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected. There are several points of contact to which our employees and external whistleblowers can turn if they suspect potential legal violations and wish to report them.
