Our Code of Conduct provides us with guidance and a binding framework — both for dealing with each other and with business partners, customers, suppliers and other third parties. The Code of Conduct is binding for all employees of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group worldwide. The Executive Board, management and executives are responsible for actively setting an example of the Code of Conduct and setting a good example.
Our whistleblower system guarantees maximum protection for whistleblowers and data subjects. There are several points of contact that our employees and external whistleblowers can contact if they suspect possible legal violations and want to point them out.
