1. Introduction

marktguru Deutschland GmbH strives to make its digital products accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and the underlying Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

This statement describes the accessibility status of the following digital products:

• The “Bonsy” app for Android and iOS.

2. Conformance Status

The above-mentioned digital products are partially accessible in accordance with the requirements of the BFSG.

These requirements are based on EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), which defines technical accessibility standards within the EU.

3. Non-accessible Content

The following content or features are currently not fully accessible:

• Not all images and graphics have meaningful alternative text.
  
• Some interactive elements (e.g. buttons or filters) are not fully operable via keyboard or screen reader.
  
• Color contrasts and text scaling are not yet optimally implemented in some areas.
  
  

We are continuously working to identify and resolve these accessibility issues.

4. Statement Preparation

This statement was prepared on 28 June 2025.

The assessment is based on:

• A self-assessment through internal audits
  
• Complementary automated tests (BrowserStack, Android Accessibility Scanner, Xcode Accessibility Inspector)
  
• Random manual checks
  
  

This statement is reviewed and updated at least annually.

6. Market Surveillance Authority
